6. Accommodation request form:
- Required data: e-mail, name and surname, ID, place of residence, date of birth, nationality.
- Purpose: To send you commercial information of your interest about our products and/or services through SMS mail, social communities or any other electronic or physical means, if the User has expressly consented to it;
- Transfer: the hosting service is offered by a partner, University Living, to whom the information on the form will be sent if you give your consent to the transfer of the data and its further processing.

To do so, you must fill in a form and, if you wish, accept the transfer of your data to initiate this service.
The information you provide to us through this website as well as through this website will be hosted on the servers of ALUMNI EDUCATION, S.L. contracted to the company that provides the web hosting service. The processing of the entity’s data is regulated by means of a data processor contract between the provider and this company.
Also, the provider uses certain tools to provide services necessary for the development of the activity, being able to store your data. These tools are the following:

In case the user sends his CV through our email, he is informed that the data provided will be treated in order to make him participate in the selection processes that may take place, carrying out an analysis of the applicant’s profile with the aim of selecting the best candidate for the vacant position of the person in charge. We inform you that this is the only official procedure to accept your resume, so resumes sent by other procedure will not be accepted. In case of any modification in the data, please inform us in writing as soon as possible, in order to keep your data duly updated.
The data will be kept for a maximum period of one year after which the data will be deleted, guaranteeing total respect for confidentiality both in the processing and in its subsequent destruction. In this sense, after this period, and if you wish to continue participating in the selection processes of the Responsible, please send us your resume again.

No further transfers are foreseen, except by legal obligation or court order. Your data will be kept for the duration of the purpose for which they have been obtained and, once they are no longer needed, they will be duly blocked, archived and kept for the legally established time. It is forbidden to use the WhatsApp of ALUMNI EDUCATION, S.L. to send content that is not necessary for the response to the query and that is illegal by national or international regulations that violate the fundamental rights of persons and in general that contravene the principles of legality, honesty, responsibility, protection of privacy, consumer protection and intellectual and industrial property rights.
